Egg Yolks, Egg Yolks … What to do with spare egg yolks?

My macaron making endeavours have resulted in a number of egg yolks sitting in my fridge.  I am a little short on ideas of what to do with them, but I have:

  1. made mayonnaise
  2. put them into mashed potato…a little bit extra protein for the kids.

Ideas to try:

  1. face mask
  2. Creme Brulee
  3. Custard

Do you have any other suggestions?  I would love to hear them?

  1. Make ice cream (I know, it’s not original, and it’s kind of the same as “custard”). Truthfully? I have the same problem… I did find a cake recipe online that only takes yolks (no whites), but I haven’t tried it, it scared me a little…
